While strategies are specific to improving body image in a social media context, many of the strategies in both the workshop and workbook are relevant for improving other areas of body image.
Dr Sarah Egan & Dr Amanda Bolton are clinical psychologists and co-owners of Eating Disorders Training Australia, focused on training and supporting clinicians, loved ones and parents across Australia and internationally. They have presented at national conferences, webinars, international podcasts and on national radio exploring trends, social media, and body image and have produced trainings and workbooks in this area.
